Childcare Coordinator Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Childcare Coordinator to lead our team in providing high-quality childcare services. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining fun, safe, and compliant programs for children.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating daily plans and organizing activities, supervising and supporting a group of primary-aged children, preparing and serving healthy food options, and building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an energetic approach to childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent in childcare-related field
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
  • Availability to work split shifts (7:00 am - 9:00 am) and (2:45 pm - 6.00 pm), Monday to Friday
