Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Casual Educator to play a vital role in guiding the growth and development of children who attend our before and after-school care programs.

  • This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about childcare and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting a group of primary-aged children, engaging them in fun and compliant programs, and building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision and Support

• Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children during before and after-school care programs

Program Delivery

• Engage children in fun and compliant programs that cater to their interests and abilities

Relationship Building

• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community through effective communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Completed or actively studying a childcare-related Certificate III or equivalent

• Valid Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates
