Psychological Advisor

This role involves working with individuals who face various challenges to employment, including disability and health conditions. Our goal is to empower clients by helping them build the skills and confidence needed to secure a job.

The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position offers a diverse opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to identify their strengths and weaknesses;
  • Offer counseling intervention as needed, utilizing various psychological methodologies;
  • Refer candidates to external support services to address barriers to employment;
  • Provide evaluations on assessments and monitor case progression;
  • Liaise with medical professionals and community agencies on behalf of candidates;
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on psychological services and procedures.
