This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Job Coach and make a real difference in the lives of others. As a Job Coach, you will be working with individuals who are seeking employment assistance and guiding them towards job-readiness and enabling opportunities for sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse marketing clients to employers;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working to KPIs;
  • An overall desire to be part of a vibrant and collaborative team of professionals from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about making a positive impact; and
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence.
