Employment Opportunities Specialist

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with employers and community networks to secure job placements for clients with disabilities, injuries, illnesses, or disadvantages.
This is an on-site position requiring a driven, resilient, and energetic professional who can effectively network with employers, build lasting relationships, and manage accounts.
- Establish connections with employer and community networks to identify job opportunities for clients;
- Manage a small caseload of clients demonstrating empathy and compassion;
- Provide advocacy and information about our services;

Key Responsibilities:
Secure employment opportunities for clients through strategic partnerships with employers and community networks;
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to ensure long-term job placements;
Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients throughout the job placement process;
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and job placements.
