Job Opportunity:

Senior Lecturer in Medical Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lecturer in Medical Education to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, coordination, and implementation of medical education programs across multiple campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of medical education curricula
  • Leading the design and delivery of educational programs
  • Working with academic and clinical staff to ensure high-quality teaching and assessment practices
  • Coordinating and managing clinical exams and assessments
  • Providing administrative leadership to a team of professional staff

Requirements:

  • Medical degree registrable with AHPRA and fellowship qualification or PhD
  • Experience in curriculum design, delivery, and assessment in medical education
  • Well-developed leadership, organisational, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with technology and learning management systems
