
Store Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our store team. As a leader, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations to maintain high standards of store appearance and customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising and store organization to ensure the store is well-presented.
- Lead and develop a team, support rostering and payroll tasks, and contribute to achieving store goals and sales targets.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to create memorable experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all safety practices and requirements.
About You:
- Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments with a willingness to learn new products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoy engaging with customers.
- Admin experience including payroll, rostering, inventory management and maintaining organized systems.
- Certification in RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), or willingness to obtain one if not held.
