About the Role

The Store Team Leader is responsible for supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales and profit results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing coaching and training to team members.

  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Owning health and safety in the store.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years' experience in a retail or service environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work.
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • A current driver's license.
