Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team in Sydney. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.

You will work closely with our fashion houses to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, brand values, and seasonal collections. Your passion for luxury and designer fashion will shine through in your ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver premium customer service in a luxury retail setting
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM systems
  • Support store operations including stock management and merchandising
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and brand KPIs
