  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in an HR or People & Culture Business Partner role
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • People Manager experience
  • Proven ability to develop tailored strategies for business units
  • Confident presentation and public speaking skills
  • Experience managing complex recruitment functions
  • Prior experience creating L&D programs
