Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR partnering and employee relations, with a strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills, with excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a passion for enhancing employee experience and promoting a positive workplace culture.
