
Advanced Office Administrator Position Available

An exciting opportunity for a skilled receptionist to advance their career in a dynamic office environment.
The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures. Your purpose will be to provide professional interactions with clients, answer phone calls, greet visitors and provide administrative support to the accounting and financial services team.
This is a permanent role with stable work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients at reception
- Set up meeting rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is in working order
- Lodge tax returns via our operating system (training provided)
- Process and file physical mail and scan documents
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and financial services team
- Maintain office supplies and general housekeeping duties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Professional and friendly verbal and written communication
- Excellent commitment to record keeping
- Ability to navigate new software systems
- Confidence in troubleshooting minor IT issues
