Administration Officer Role
  • We are seeking an experienced administration officer to join our team on a temporary part-time basis.

About the Role:

  • The successful applicant will assist front office staff with administrative and support services as directed by the principal or business manager.
  • Key responsibilities include administering day-to-day financial matters, including invoicing, ordering, and banking.
  • Medication and consent to administer paperwork will also be processed by the successful applicant.
  • Additional activities may include undertaking financial processes and general correspondence.
  • The role also involves managing excursion planners, consent management, and QParents.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant administration and stakeholder engagement skills applicable to a school front-office environment are essential for this role.
  • Candidates must have current Queensland Government employee status to be eligible to apply.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a temporary part-time capacity with 52 hours per fortnight.
