About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled communicator to build rapport with prospects and complement our experienced and goal-driven team in this 12 Month Maximum Term Full Time Role based in our Stylish & State of the Art Robina Office.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for:

  • Outbound sales calls to our existing customer base to book appointments
  • Identifying potential leads for referral to the Property Investment Advisors
  • Achieving the allocated monthly KPI requirements
  • Ensuring a smooth and consultative journey for customers
  • Gathering feedback from customers using the company-provided communication tools
  • Developing and maintaining a collaborative working relationship with the Group Manager

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Highly self-motivated with a competitive mindset
  • A general understanding of property investment principles an advantage
  • Highly developed communication skills and a consultative approach
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a unified team
  • The ability to work flexible hours
  • Finance knowledge would be highly regarded
  • Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software
