About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Setter to join our team at Metricon Homes, Australia's largest home builder. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building rapport with prospects and identifying potential leads for referral to our Property Investment Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound sales calls to our existing customer base to book appointments
  • Identify potential leads for referral to the Property Investment Advisors
  • Achieve the allocated monthly KPI requirements
  • Ensure a smooth and consultative journey for customers
  • Gather feedback from customers using the company-provided communication tools
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative working relationship with the Group Manager

Requirements

  • Highly self-motivated with a competitive mindset
  • General understanding of property investment principles an advantage
  • Highly developed communication skills and a consultative approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a unified team
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Finance knowledge would be highly regarded
  • Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities
