Operations Manager - Home & Community Care

Location: Sydney

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Director to lead the growth of home care services, including Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). You will drive significant growth by enhancing client experience and satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving strategic goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a growing team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of older people.

About You:
  • AHPRA registration (desirable)
  • Experience in a similar Operations Management role within the Home Care or Aged Care sector
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Standards, NDIS & HCP/CHSP
  • Demonstrated success in expanding client base
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
