Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 30 Consultants and 3 Team Leaders, fostering a culture of engagement and quality in a hybrid WFH & office environment.
  • Develop and implement training and coaching programs to optimize team performance.
  • Recruit and retain top talent, identifying and developing skills to drive business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, Account Managers, and the Managing Director.
  • Ensure compliance and quality across all services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve consistent outcomes and optimize performance.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and reporting.
