Role Overview
As an Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that cater to each child's unique needs and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Collaborate with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve educational programs
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
- Work closely with the team to ensure the safety and well-being of children
About Goodstart Early Learning
Our centre is committed to providing high-quality early learning and care to children between 12 months and six years old. We have two indoor learning spaces and natural play areas designed to encourage children to interact with and care for our natural environment.

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
