Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Mannering Park. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning and care to children aged 12 months to six years.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging and inclusive educational programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.
- Collaborate with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, and provide a nurturing environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Work closely with parents and carers to build strong relationships and provide regular updates on their child's progress.
Our centre is located in the heart of Mannering Park, on the Central Coast, and is conveniently situated near Mannering Park Public School. We offer two indoor learning spaces and natural play areas that encourage children to interact with and care for the environment.
Our early learning educational programs are designed to cater to each child's stage of development, from 12 months to preschool age. Our curriculum is centred around the Early Years Learning Framework and is tailored to each child's unique strengths, needs, and interests.
