About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Mannering Park. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning and care to children aged 12 months to six years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that cater to each child's stage of development
- Collaborate with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
- Put safety first with everything you do
About Goodstart Mannering Park:
Our centre is located in the local community of Mannering Park on the Central Coast, conveniently situated on Vales Rd. We educate and care for children in two indoor learning spaces, with a focus on inquiry-based learning and natural play spaces.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
