About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality educational programs that cater to the unique needs and abilities of children aged 12 months to six years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs
- Design and implement engaging and inclusive learning experiences for children
- Observe and record children's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a recognized equivalent, as well as a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
