About the Role

This is a key position within The SWATCH Group, responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our boutiques.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting Boutique Management: Collaborate with boutique management to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Driving Sales: Ensure personal and store sales targets are met through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  3. Providing Excellent Customer Service: Uphold the highest level of customer service at all times, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Inventory Management: Conduct daily security stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels and prevent losses.
  5. Adhering to Daily Routines: Perform daily routines as directed by management, including maintaining stock and cleaning the boutique.
  6. Store Housekeeping: Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and organized, creating a positive shopping environment for customers.
  7. Tracking Performance: Monitor and track own performance statistics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  8. Daily Merchandising: Set up, stock, and rotate merchandise, as well as develop new display concepts to drive sales and engagement.
  9. Professional Development: Attend regular training sessions to develop knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the industry.
  10. Knowledge Base Development: Continuously develop and expand own knowledge base, staying informed about the Longines brand and its products.
Requirements
  1. Retail Experience: Demonstrate proven retail experience, with a strong understanding of the luxury industry and its customers.
  2. Customer Service Skills: Possess highly developed and proven customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Brand Passion: Show a genuine passion for the Longines brand and its products, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  4. Computer Literacy: Possess basic computer literacy skills, with the ability to navigate our sales systems and software.
  5. Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  6. Team Player: Be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  7. Energy and Drive: Possess energy, drive, and enthusiasm, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering results.
  8. Grooming and Presentation: Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation, representing The SWATCH Group in a professional and positive manner.
