Liquor Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Liquor Sales Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for learning about new products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
