About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Boutique Assistant to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our Sales Associates in providing a world-class shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Associates during the sales process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each client.
  • Provide support for event organization and contribute to the development of new projects that enhance the client experience.
  • Develop personal knowledge and skills through self-training, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and products.
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Boutique Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in the creation of a nurturing team environment, focused on delivering excellence and development.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in high-touch customer service, preferably in a luxury or hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in learning about and sharing the Maison's rich heritage and values.
  • Agility, curiosity, and reactivity, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing solutions to ensure the client gets the best possible experience in-store.
