Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to assist with the coordination function by managing incoming and outgoing tasks. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders to identify, respond and provide timely advice on issues to achieve Directorate and Defence outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination function by managing inbox and tracking all incoming and outgoing tasks;
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders to identify, respond and provide timely advice on issues to achieve Directorate and Defence outcomes;
  • Support the team in responding to and drafting of briefing materials, correspondence, high-level papers, and talking points;
  • Coordinate and contribute to the work plan, provide advice and assistance on methods of task completion ensuring all timeframes are met;
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across the Branch and organisation;
  • Project administration support as required, including but not limited to the maintenance of structured processes and standard operating procedures; and
  • Build an understanding of WHS Legislation and policy.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits.
