- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and efficiently to customer queries and concerns.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management qualities to motivate and inspire staff.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyze data and inform business decisions.
- Maths and English qualifications to demonstrate a solid foundation in core subjects.
- English speaking proficiency to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
