Senior Financial Professional

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our advisory team in Sydney. The role offers an opportunity to work on interesting and challenging projects, both established and emerging clients, and be part of a high-performing team.

About the Opportunity

The position involves preparing complex financial statements and income tax returns for various entities. You will assist clients in optimizing business structures, asset protection, and estate planning strategies. Your key responsibilities include working on advisory projects involving budgets, cashflows, KPI dashboards, and management reporting. Additionally, you will contribute to delivering cutting-edge solutions with our V-CFO offering, developing business and succession plans, financial models, benchmarking, and pricing analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare complex financial statements and income tax returns for various entities
  • Assist clients in optimizing business structures, asset protection, and estate planning strategies
  • Work on advisory projects involving budgets, cashflows, KPI dashboards, and management reporting
  • Contribute to delivering cutting-edge solutions with our V-CFO offering, developing business and succession plans, financial models, benchmarking, and pricing analyses
Required Skills and Qualifications

A passionate and innovative thinker with great analytical skills is required for this role. A degree-qualified candidate in Commerce or Business with a major in Accounting is essential. Proven experience working in a mid-tier professional practice or equivalent business environment is also necessary. Working towards completion of CA qualification or already completed it is highly desirable.
