Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consulting efforts for Payments and Institutional Banking client accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with the strategic priorities of key banking clients.
  • Shape and deliver engagements across digital, regulatory, and platform transformation programs.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to create strategic roadmaps across Institutional Lending, Payments, and Banking modernisation.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of consulting experience, with at least 5 years focused on BFSI—particularly Payments and/or Institutional Banking.
  • Proven expertise in top-tier consulting firms or in-house transformation roles at leading banks or fintechs.
  • Strong understanding of institutional banking processes, payment flows, digital platforms, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex client engagements and consultative sales cycles.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience working with Australian banks or regulatory bodies is advantageous.
