Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our organization on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain documentation for our consumer financial products, leveraging expertise in regulated credit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into deliverables.
  • Work independently as a highly skilled consultant with a strong background in process analysis.
Required Expertise
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, delivering significant projects within the financial services domain.
  • Deep understanding of payments and consumer lending operations, including underwriting, collections, hardship programs, payment systems, standards, and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
