We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Inclusion Officer to join our team at West Sussex County Council - Schools. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the school's inclusion team and contributing to the development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the inclusion team in developing and implementing strategies to promote student inclusion and well-being
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify and address student needs
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support staff in promoting student inclusion
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to student inclusion
  • Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to promote student inclusion and well-being
