About the Role

Multiplex is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on the John Hunter Health and Innovation Precinct project in Newcastle. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading teams of sub-contractors, assigning work, coordinating tasks, and delivering projects to the highest standards of safety, time, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage site teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Assign and coordinate work tasks to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Monitor and control project costs, quality, and safety
  • Develop and implement site-specific procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress
Requirements
  • Proven experience in site supervision or a related field
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of OH&S legislation and policies
