About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join EBOS Group Limited as an Operations Supervisor, responsible for supervising warehouse staff and ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high productivity and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the site is meeting its targets.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Centre Manager and General Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in warehouse management and supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of SAP EWM and QMS systems is an advantage.
