About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with local organisations to create sustainable solutions and collaborating with community members to identify needs and implement programs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects and social support groups. Your primary objective will be to empower communities through partnership and build stronger, more connected communities.

  • Your main responsibility will be to work closely with local stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective strategies to address these needs.
  • You will lead and participate in projects aimed at building stronger, more resilient communities.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement community engagement initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including community members, local organisations, and government agencies.
