Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will manage front desk operations, lead customer onboarding, plan engaging community events, and build strong relationships with members.

  • Create a welcoming environment by managing visitor processes and ensuring impeccable presentation of common areas.
  • Develop personalized welcome packs and orientation programs to support new customers.
  • Design and execute engaging community events that foster networking opportunities.
  • Build trust with members by responding proactively to their needs and concerns.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage meeting room bookings, setup, and AV equipment to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Oversee mail handling and package management to maintain a secure and organized environment.
  • Maintain kitchen facilities and office supply inventory to ensure a comfortable workspace.
  • Serve as a Floor Warden for building emergency procedures and support operational functions aligned with business objectives.

  • The ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and think creatively to solve problems.
