We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team and take on a challenging role delivering high-quality, personalized nursing care to residents. This position requires the ability to manage complex clinical needs, ensure exceptional service, and uphold resident wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive wound care and pain management for residents.
  • Supervise and support care staff on the floor, promoting a collaborative and effective work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with 6 months postgraduate experience.
  • Hold a current AHPRA registration and possess excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Have at least 6 months experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse and be able to adapt to changing situations.
  • Demonstrate a passion for building positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
