We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Talent Advisor to join our People & Culture Team supporting the Store network recruitment across our brands of General Pants, Ginger & Smart & LEGO Certified stores.

We work in an exceptionally fast paced environment where no two days will be the same. Based in our funky Alexandria head office you will;
- Own the end to end recruitment process for Retail roles including casual sales assistants through to management.
- Partner with our stores to assist with new employee check ins, including probation reviews
- Work with our Recruitment Partner to drive success for our Summer Recruitment Campaign each year, ensuring we find awesome, hungry individuals to help us during our busiest period
- Proactively seek talent across various recruitment platforms for hard to fill roles, creating and managing various Talent Pools
- Implement strategies to increase retention across the business
- Work with the People & Culture Administrator to make sure we execute all new employee contracts on time
