As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating an engaging and inclusive environment for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement activity programs that cater to their diverse needs and interests.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong passion for delivering high-quality care. A Certificate III in Individual Support is a mandatory requirement, while a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is highly desirable. Previous experience in aged care is also preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing entertaining activities that stimulate the mind, body, and spirit
  • Supporting residents' emotional wellbeing through social connection and creativity
  • Collaborating with care staff to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Assisting with personal care tasks as needed
