Role Overview

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of older adults by creating engaging lifestyle programs that cater to their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lifestyle assessments, leading activities, and managing the lifestyle team. You will also provide exceptional customer service, support resident engagement, and facilitate opportunities for residents to connect with their community.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lifestyle programs: Create engaging activities that cater to the physical, intellectual, emotional, cultural, and social well-being of residents.
  • Lead and participate in activity delivery: Ensure activities are enjoyable and meaningful for residents.
  • Lifestyle assessments: Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of residents' needs and preferences.
  • Team management: Manage and coach the lifestyle team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Customer service: Provide exceptional service to residents, families, and volunteers.
  • Community engagement: Facilitate opportunities for residents to engage with their community.
Your Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health: Hold a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification.
  • Experience in aged care: Possess previous experience working in aged care, including dementia care.
  • Computer skills: Have excellent computer literacy skills and experience using care management systems.
  • Communication skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
