Key Responsibilities
  • Develop vision for AI systems and solutions, lead quarterly planning sessions and define key results.
  • Conduct data analysis and user research to define product requirements and features.
  • Build, groom and prioritize the product backlog, developing user stories and acceptance criteria to feed into each sprint and accepting sprint results.
  • Define, implement, and track performance metrics once solutions enter production including adoption and impact.
  • Drive user adoption and engagement, running demos and showcases to the target users and the broader business.
Qualifications And Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in either AI & analytics product development or mine operations technical disciplines with technical project delivery experience.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams and ability to communicate effectively across multiple business areas.
  • Background that comprises solid business understanding and high-level understanding of product delivery.
  • Modern product development toolkit including experience in agile development and OKR methodologies, lean testing and user research, and product roadmap development & vision creation.
  • Experience in the use of AI solutions & systems to drive improvements to efficiency and productivity in mining or heavy industrial applications.
