As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving the transformation of our industry with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.

This includes developing a clear vision for AI systems and solutions that align with business goals and objectives. You will conduct thorough data analysis and user research to define product requirements and features. Additionally, you will build, groom, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure seamless delivery of sprint results.

Key responsibilities include defining and tracking performance metrics to measure adoption and impact of AI solutions. You will collaborate with technical leadership to define necessary competencies and skills for the delivery team.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in AI & analytics product development or mine operations technical disciplines.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate across multiple business areas.
  • Strong business understanding and high-level understanding of product delivery.
  • Experience with modern product development toolkits, including agile development and OKR methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with AI solutions and systems, driving efficiency and productivity improvements in mining or heavy industrial applications.
