Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision and roadmap for AI tools that support decarbonisation and improve productivity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with mining engineers and operations teams to understand needs and drive adoption of AI solutions.
  • Simulation & Dispatch Tools Ownership: Manage development and iteration of simulation and dispatch tools, ensuring they deliver real value.
  • Product Delivery: Translate business needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and sprint plans.
Requirements
  • Experience in AI product development or technical mining disciplines (e.g., fleet management, blending, supply chain), with a strong track record of impactful solutions.
  • Deep understanding of mining operations—experience with tools like Minestar FMS or RPMGlobal products is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and operational teams.
  • Proven experience in agile product delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in heavy industry, especially those that improve productivity, automation, and sustainability.
