CareChoice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the McMahons Creek region. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to participants with complex needs and behaviors, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to participants in their own homes and purpose-built facilities
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with participants, their families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Certificate 4 level qualification in a relevant field
  • Clear and effective communication skills and ability to establish professional relationships
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
  • Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and availability to work overnight shifts or attend training/meetings as required
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Orientation module
  • Current Driver's License with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (mandatory)
