We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Mount Martha region. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide quality support to participants with high complex needs, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Certificate 4 level qualification in a relevant field
- Clear and effective communication skills and ability to establish professional relationships with participants and their families
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Orientation module
- A current Driver's License with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
Employment with CareChoice is subject to satisfactory background checks, including Professional References, Employee Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
