About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Employee Relations Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administering payroll, ensuring accurate pay runs, and general HR activities across the employee lifecycle.

This role will act as the first point of contact for Payroll and HR enquiries, coordinate onboarding processes, input time sheets data, calculate earnings and deductions, and perform other payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
  • Administer HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to payroll and HR activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and management

Requirements:

  • At least three years' experience in administering payroll in a manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to HR functions and practices
  • Advanced computer literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Completion of year 12
