Job Title: Service Coordinator

As a dynamic service coordinator, you will lead and manage a team to deliver impactful services across the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate high-quality service delivery, supporting participants and their families through various programs. Foster collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach staff to build skills and confidence, promoting consistency in service quality and participant outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of Certificate III in Community Services or related experience.
  • A valid Driver's Licence for travel.
  • A current Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check, Right to Work within Australia, and satisfactory National Police Records Check.
  • An NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
