About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the Operations Coordinator position within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating deliveries of multi-functional devices and printers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements.
- Verify product availability and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Provide timely updates to customers and sales teams regarding delivery status and potential delays.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate SAP details of deliveries, including customer notes on order, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with warehouse, workshop, logistics, and service teams to streamline delivery processes.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements:**

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficient in using delivery tracking systems and related software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
