We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Strategist to drive our product roadmap and execute company OKRs.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in crafting intuitive user experiences, a deep understanding of martech tools, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
This role requires a strong command of qualitative and quantitative data models, as well as a passion for problem-solving and entrepreneurial spirit.
About this Role:- Define product initiatives and lead their execution with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Execute company OKRs via the product strategy and roadmap.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and implement frameworks of content management, delivery, and handoff to executing teams.
- Be an SME in attribution models and frameworks for customer acquisition, build out attribution reporting models and integrations.
- Develop a clear and executable approach to in-platform experimentation and A/B testing.
- Own customer rewards and subscription frameworks, including Stake Black, and drive them to customer and commercial success.
- Own and drive the strategic development of our martech and engagement stack.
- Extensive experience in product management and development, preferably in Fintech and/or dynamic fast-paced environments.
- Strong background in UX design and user experience.
- A proven track record of building successful, customer-centric products, where consideration to risk and compliance processes has been central to execution.
- Deep understanding of martech tools, content ecosystem, performance optimization concepts, and strategies to deliver results through capitalizing core marketing channels.
- Experience working with customer data platforms and customer subscription models.
- Possess a passion for problem-solving and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop other product managers, design, and engineering teams and various stakeholders across the business.
