Job Description

We are seeking a Product Visionary Lead to drive our Salesforce product strategy, innovation, and customer value across the entire customer lifecycle. This role involves defining and translating the product vision into actionable roadmaps for three Salesforce-focused teams.

The successful candidate will oversee complex products, ensuring their performance aligns with key metrics and business objectives. They will develop and execute the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with our business goals.

This includes preparing detailed high-level product roadmaps and action plans that direct the efforts of cross-functional teams. The Product Visionary Lead will proactively monitor market dynamics and customer trends to inform the evolution of the product roadmap and prioritize features and requirements.

They will engage continuously with internal and external customers to understand their key problems, journeys, and opportunities for value creation. Collaboration with engineering and design teams is crucial, as they will communicate the product vision and guide technical feasibility to turn concepts into reality.
