The Role of a Product Visionary

We're seeking an exceptional product leader to join our team and drive the development of innovative products that make a real difference in people's lives. As Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining a compelling product vision, orchestrating multiple squads, and delivering new products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned to our company goals and innovation agenda.
  • Product Planning: Drive annual and quarterly product planning processes, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and investment cases.
  • Squad Leadership: Directly manage one cross-functional squad, owning backlog prioritisation, sprint planning and delivery execution.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Technology, Delivery leaders to optimise delivery processes, ensuring continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
