Senior Digital Experience Lead and eCom Trade

The Senior Digital Experience Lead and eCom Trade plays a pivotal role in crafting captivating experiences for customers. This includes developing and implementing a top-notch digital experience across web and app, driving traffic and conversion.

This position involves leading a high-performing team, leveraging data to create engaging customer journeys and content. The successful candidate will also possess expertise in eCom trading, SEO, UX, CRO, and content, as well as previous experience leading large teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive digital innovation, focusing on personalisation, experimentation, retail media, loyalty, and AI. They will also partner with key stakeholders to deliver joint business plans.

The Senior Digital Experience Lead and eCom Trade will also serve as a digital champion and support the development of a 'digital mindset' across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a best-in-class digital experience across web and app, boosting traffic and conversion.
  • Lead the eCommerce trading plan, hitting targets, driving integration, designing and executing our Online & Customer calendar.
  • Drive digital innovation, focusing on personalisation, experimentation, retail media, loyalty, and AI.
  • Lead a high-performing team, using data to create engaging customer journeys and content.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver joint business plans.
  • Act as digital champion and support the development of a 'digital mindset'.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years eCom experience in a high trading, large retail environment.
  • Expertise in eCom trading (esp. automated, data-driven, dynamic, always-on digital merchandising), SEO, UX, CRO, and content.
  • Previous experience leading large teams (direct and cross-functional).
  • Previous experience as a known and trusted business partner working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
